It would be appreciated if ALL BUYERS  would take note of our auction requirements below:-

1          No person will be permitted to bid at an auction if not registered.

2          Payment is made immediately after the auction – either via cash or eft.

3          All goods are to be removed immediately after the auction – after payment has been made - we will charge storage or place goods outside the warehouse - please make certain that you bring your transport with you.

4          As soon as the bid is accepted by the auctioneer, the asset becomes your responsibility – the Sheriff /Auctioneer will take no responsibility for goods not removed immediately after the sale and will take no responsibility of any breakage during
the removal of the goods.

5          Please remember that vat is payable on all goods except for vehicles and right, titles.

6          All parties are to respect each other - the Sheriff/Auctioneer reserves the right to not accept any bid for whatever reason and also reserves the right to not allow a person/s to register or partake in an auction.
